Introduced a mentor scheme across Asia Pacific (APAC) for a global recruitment firm, where none existed previously. This was a direct result in strengthening collaboration and cohesion within the marketing teams.

Benchmarked and implemented a new travel agency solution across four offices - streamlining processes and improving efficiency. Culminating in tailored budget reports and resulting in a reduction in costs.
